You need to select the Next Day or Same Day delivery option at the time of ordering.
Next-Day Dispatch orders need to be placed by 2 pm and we will GUARANTEE your order will be dispatched by the next business day. For example, if you order on a Friday the order will be dispatched on Monday.
Same-Day Dispatch orders need to be placed by 9 am and we will GUARANTEE your order will be dispatched on the same business day.
- If we fail to reasonably dispatch1 your product by the next business day, we will refund the cost of the product in LEP Dollars2.
- For multiple business card and/or flyer orders, the refund is limited to a maximum of three products per order that failed to be dispatched on time,g. 10 business cards + two next-day dispatch flyers ordered, eight jobs on the order dispatched on time – refund is limited to the value of three of the jobs not dispatched, not the total four remaining jobs.
- To claim a refund you will need to complete and return a “Next-day Dispatch Claim Form” within two business days. These forms are available on request from Customer Service on 1800 537 774.
- If you add a standard product to your next-day dispatch job, this will void the next-day dispatch as goods are shipped together.
- Offer excludes products with optional extras such as round corners, custom trimming, folding and hole drilling.
1 Reasonably dispatch - excludes impact on dispatch times due to circumstances beyond our control (such as floods, power failures or machine breakdowns). Dispatch is when the order is completed, i.e. when the product is packed ready for dispatch before collection by the courier.
2 LEP Dollars are valid for 12 months from time of issue and are redeemable against product cost of your next order. LEP Dollars are not transferable or redeemable for cash and can be used only once. No credit will be issued if redeemed against an order of a lesser value.
